• $70–$80 per hour (depending on experience)

The Role

• Deliver clinical pharmacy services across general medicine, surgical, rehab, or oncology
• Participate in ward rounds, medication reviews, and discharge counselling
• Oncology/chemotherapy experience highly regarded
• Supportive public hospital teams with scope to step into senior roles

What You’ll Need

• Current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 6 months of hospital pharmacy experience in Australia or minimum 2 years in retail pharmacy
• Familiarity with iPharmacy, Cerner, Merlin, Sunrise or similar systems
